I love the one of the Korean boy just kneeling down completly engrossed. He had no idea I had taken the picture.
At the same time we had some wet snow so the children could make snow balls. Normally the snow is too dry. How's this for snowballs!!
We had to get the guard to lift the heads on as they were so heavy!!! The children are still enjoying them when they can get out. It has turned really cold and they can only go out for a little while.
On Sunday Julian, Liz and Jonathan from church came for lunch and dinner. I took Peter, Julian and Jonathan for a walk across the lake - a first for them all. It was bitterly cold with fine snow blowing in the wind, but here they are.
We continued into the forest where children were having a grand time on ice slides and toboggan runs. There are some banks and ridges that are great for sledging. Liz had a doze, but we enjoyed our walk even if it was cold.
I have received an invitation to a reception and concert for St David's day from the British Ambassador Dame Anne Pringle. It's come through church but should be interesting. Only problme - I HAVE NOTHING TO WEAR and it's a Thursday!!!
